🕒 Delivery Time
Your total delivery time includes Processing Time and Shipping Time.
All original artworks will be shipped within 3 days. The creation time for commissioned artworks depends on the size of the canvas and the complexity of the composition. The entire creation process is recorded on video, and a progress video will be sent to you via email every three days.

🚚 Shipping Methods
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is determined by the weight of the order and your delivery location. Shipping cost includes packaging materials, handling, and insurance. Customer is liable for any additional shipping charges due to incorrect address details given when submitting your order.
🔍 Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you within 1–3 days after your order has been shipped.
You can track your parcel through your local postal carrier’s website once it has been dispatched.
📦 Multiple Packages & Address Information
- Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase to ensure smooth delivery.
- If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll do our best to assist you. However, return shipping fees and any losses will be the customer’s responsibility.

💰 Taxes & Duties
For most countries, no import fees, duties, or VAT are required.
However, for some regions — particularly Germany, Italy, the UK, and Canada — you may be responsible for paying duties or VAT according to local customs regulations.
