How to Request a Return / Exchange
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at murren.offical@gmail.com, including your order number and photos showing the issue/defect.
- Pack the item in its original packaging, attach the return label if provided.
- Ship the return package to the address provided by customer service.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs unless the return is due to Murren error.
- We cannot start processing your return & exchange until we receive the returned item.
Refunds
